Condition for mac.

I have the late 2014 iMac running Yosemite (10.10.1) I'm having an issure with my Focusrite Saffire pro 14 not being recognized by my iMac. I'm using a Thunderbolt adapter and a 800 to 4000 FireWire cord. When I plug the audio interface my computer, the power light works and the 'LKD' light is on as well but the 'FW' light is not on. I'm not sure what the issue is. Bot the adapter and the FW cord are new. I don't think they are faulty because the power or LKD light wouldn't work either, correct? Not sure what else to do. Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

This release brings the 1st Generation Scarlett Range, iTrack Solo and Saffire 6 USB 2.0 up to the same driver versions as the 2nd and 3rd Generation Scarlett ranges and the Clarett USB range.
1st Generation Scarlett 6i6, 8i6, 18i6, 18i8 and 18i20 continue to be supported by Scarlett Mix Control 1.10.
